Shipping policy

 1. WHICH COUNTRIES CAN BE DELIVERED?

Currently, we provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and Canada (Except  Nunavik, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon). We do not ship to PO boxes or APO.

 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  • Generally, orders are shipped within 3 working days of payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3. SHIPPING COSTS & TRANSIT TIME.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

 

4. ORDER CANCELLATION:

An order may be canceled up until the item is shipped out. For shipped orders, if you do not need it anymore, please contact us to arrange a return.  Check our Return Policy 

 

5. TRACKING PACKAGE:

  • An email with tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours

6. DELIVERY TIME:

The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time. Please note that your tracking information may not be available through the system for up to 72 hours from the time the order is placed.

 

7. ABOUT TAX

We ship from local warehouse, no import tax should be applied.

Per the local laws, GST or TAX may apply and will be borne by the buyer.
