1. Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from troyleedesigns.company. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may be eligible to return or exchange the product subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or customized items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at service@troyleedesigns.company within the specified return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item securely, including a copy of the original receipt and the RA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and indicate the desired exchange item. We will ship the exchanged item to you once we receive and process your return.
7. Shipping Costs
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on returning the item or resolving the issue.
9. Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under the return and exchange policy.
